In order to purchase an art piece, you must indicate the title you wish to buy. Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your purchase may vary.
First, your art will be sent to you. You're not required to pay before you receive it. Only if you're 100% satisfied, you must purchase it according to the price indicated here. If you are unsatisfied, return it without having to pay.
